Corrective Action (CIRCCA) program, a single, focused, and effective system for implementing Continuous Improvement and promoting a Lesson's Learned culture within our
workforce;
- Bronson utilizes a Job Description based Training program that improves product quality and develops the work-force skill level from which Bronson relies on to produce world-class quality parts;
- Bronson uses a cross-functional team to respond to customer quality issues.
The strength of Bronson's Quality Management System is evident through Bronson's status as a preferred supplier at numerous customers including the Ford Motor Company, Visteon, Johnson Controls, PACCAR (Peterbilt/Kenworth), Square D and many others. Bronson is a three-time winner of the Eastman-Kodak Silver Supplier Award and is recognized as a leader in aerospace SPC techniques via the Lockheed SPC Award.
Bronson's Quality Assurance Department is staffed with highly trained professionals who can apply sophisticated problem-solving methodologies such as Design of Experiments and KAIZEN. These techniques are fully supported with state-of-the-art analysis equipment such as our
Mitutoyo CMM.
