Automated Hinge Lines: multiple presses linked for the manufacture of continuous hinge
Automated Assembly: Individual product cells and lines with in-line inspection capabilities
Secondary Operations: welding, staking, forming, stud insertion
Prototype: Manufacturing concepts to completion
Testing and Inspection: PPAP to AIAG, CMM Inspection along with: static strength, fatigue, life cycle, operational efforts, and stability testing

HDB maintains all manufacturing processes in house, with the exception of finishing.
